Steelhead Assessment Reports

Three steelhead assessment projects are currently being conducted – the McIntyre River Steelhead Population Assessment, the Portage Creek Steelhead Population Assessment and the Co-operative Angler Program. All studies are conducted in close partnership between the North Shore Steelhead Association, and the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. The reports summarize the three studies and discusses the overall health of Lake Superior steelhead stocks from Thunder Bay to Marathon.
